I wasn't always a realtor. I began my career in home building and later moved into real estate. This experience was invaluable. I know homes inside and out and can provide my clients with more information about a home's potential, its value, things to look for and things to avoid. I also value my client's time. Many of the less-experienced realtors throw everything against the proverbial wall until something sticks. This makes the home-buying process frustrating and can result in pressuring the home buyer into making the wrong decision. I believe the job of a good realtor is to help make the process easier, locate the right house and act as a partner throughout the process. Buying a home is one of the most important decisions you'll make in your life and choosing the right realty agent is just as important. I take this responsibility very seriously and it comes through in the satisfaction of my clients. I live in Scotch Plains and really know the Central New Jersey area. I know the schools, the neighborhoods and the people. Knowing the area makes a difference because it helps me match the right towns and neighborhoods with my clients' needs.
